Authentic Empowerment Workshop

In this interactive workshop, we will discuss 5 essential guideposts that pave the way to experiencing Authentic Empowerment, including:  

Parallel Sovereignty: Nurturing individual autonomy alongside one another.  

Facing our Fullness: Embracing all aspects of ourselves with love and acceptance.  

Allowing Emotion: Cultivating a healthy relationship with emotions, neither denying nor over-attaching to them.  

Accepting Challenge: Viewing life's challenges as opportunities for growth and personal evolution.  

and  Experiencing Oneness: Recognizing our interconnectedness with all of existence, fostering a sense of unity and love.  

Approaching Authentic Empowerment from both psychological and spiritual perspectives, this workshop with psychotherapist, Nicole Sartini, may be particularly helpful for those who have encountered psychological abuse, struggled with codependency, engaged in excessive people-pleasing, faced difficulties in processing and disentangling from emotions, or grappled with interpersonal, anxiety-based, or mood-related challenges. It also offers support and connection to those undergoing an awakening journey and experiencing shifts in their sense of "identity."
